Industry Specific ComplianceThe Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (MPERC) on February 13, 2024, issued an order regarding the extension of the order dated December 07, 2021, related to the period for the tariff order for procurement of power by Distribution Licensees generated from Biogas-based power projects

The following has been stated namely: -

• It has been decided to extend the control period which was supposed to expire on March 31, 2024, until further orders. 

• It further states that all other terms and conditions of the tariff order dated December 07, 2021, shall remain unchanged.
