The Central Board of Indirect Taxes (CBIC) on February 19, 2024, issued a notification regarding the amendment to the notification regarding the 11/2021-Customs, dated February 01, 2021, related to the Agriculture Infrastructure and Development Cess leviable
This shall come into force on February 20, 2024
The following has been amended namely: -
• For serial number 14 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be substituted, namely: -
“14. 5201 (other than 5201 00 25) All goods (Other than goods of staple length exceeding 32.0 mm ) 5%”.
