The Ministry of Textiles on February 19, 2024, issued an addendum to the Scheme for Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies on the Export of Apparel/Garments and Made-ups
The following has been stated namely: -
• This has a reference to Notification No. 12014/01/2023- TTP dated February 09, 2024, relating to the change in rate of Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBC) under RoSCTL from ‘NIL’ to 2.3% subject to a cap of Rs 3.7 per Kg, applicable from the date of the Gazette Notification.
• The following is added to the above notification: The corresponding Drawback code for FIBC is 630501.
