The Clearcorp Dealing Systems (India) Ltd. (CCIL) on February 20, 2024, notified regarding the Discontinuation of counterparty display in the FX-SWAP platform and related changes to FX-SWAP (Dealing) Segment Regulations.
The FX-SWAP (Dealing) Segment Regulations have been revised to bring effect to the removal of actual counterparty information provided for display/view purpose on the platform. The changes to the Regulations of the FX-SWAP Dealing Segment have been appended herewith as Annexure.
It is advised that the changes to the FX-SWAP (Dealing) Segment Regulations shall come into effect from March 27, 2023.
