The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission, Shimla (HPERC) on February 15, 2024, notified Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grant of Connectivity, Long-term, and Medium–term intra-State Open Access and Related Matters) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2024 further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grant of Connectivity, Long-term, and Medium–term intra-State Open Access and Related Matters) Regulations, 2010.
The following has been stated: -
•In Regulation 6 existing table shall be substituted which is given in the document attached below.
•In Regulation 7 the existing table shall be substituted which is given in the document attached below.
These regulations shall come into force on February 15, 2024.
