The following has been stated: -

•The Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Amendment Act, 2024, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 1, dated February 15, 2024, Issue No. 5, on page 5, line 18, for “have deemed”, read “be deemed”.
