Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Goa on February 16, 2024, issued the Goa Value Added Tax (Amendment) Bill, 2024, to further amend the Goa Value Added Tax Act, 2005.

The following amendments have been stated:

• In section 3, which states “Incidence of Tax”, in sub-section (1), in the proviso for the expression “90 days” the expression “192 days” shall be substituted.

This notification shall be deemed to have come into force from September 21, 2023.
