The Goods and Services Tax Network (GST) on February 21, 2024, issued an advisory regarding the Enhanced E-Invoicing Initiatives & Launch of Enhanced e-invoice GST Portal
The following has been stated namely: -
• It has announced the launch of the revamped e-invoice master information portal https://einvoice.gst.gov.in
• This enhancement is part of an ongoing effort to further improve taxpayer services. New Features of the revamped E-Invoice Master Information Portal are as follows :
o PAN-Based Search
o Automatic E-invoice exemption List
o Global Search Bar
o Local Search Capabilities
o Daily IRN Count Statistics
o Dedicated Section on Mobile App
o Improved Accessibility Compliance and UI/UX
• It further states that an enhanced version of the e-invoice verifier app with new features shall be launched shortly.
