The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) on February 14, 2024, issued the notification regarding the preparation of the Annual Action Plan (AAP) by the Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC) for the financial year 2024-25.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC) is in the process of preparing its Annual Action Plan (AAP) for the financial year 2024-25.
• It is requested to suggest the items for which standards/specifications and related documentation works (e.g. Technical Guidelines/Test Schedule & Test Procedure etc.) may be taken up by TEC.
• Items for which the existing TEC documents (Standards/Generic Requirements (GRs), Interface Requirements (IRs), Essential Requirement (ER), Technical Guidelines, Test Schedule & Test Procedure) need to be revised in view of significant development in the concerned field may also be suggested.
• The inputs may be sent by email to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] positively by March 06, 2024.
