The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on February 21, 2024, revised the operating guidelines of Offer for Sale
The following has been stated namely: -
• This is in continuation and partial modification to our circular no. NSE/CMTR/57904 dated August 09, 2023, regarding revised operating guidelines of Offer for Sale. Further, SEBI video circular no. SEBI/HO/MRD/MRD-PoD-3/P/CIR/2024/6 dated January 23, 2024, has provided the framework for the Offer for the Sale of shares to Employees through the Stock Exchange Mechanism.
• It is to be noted that the procedure for OFS to employees of the eligible companies through the Stock Exchange Mechanism is an additional option to the existing procedure (outside the stock exchange mechanism) available to eligible sellers.
• It is requested to abide by the revised operating guidelines and terms & conditions of this circular (Annexure - A)
• The Revised operating guidelines of the Offer for Sale have been attached to the document for reference
