Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Government of Maharashtra on February 21, 2024, issued a notification to rescind notification no. 30/2023-State Tax dated August 22, 2023, related to the registered person engaged in the manufacturing of the goods, except with respect to things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.

This notification shall come into force from January 01, 2024.
