Labour Compliance The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoL&E) on February 20, 2024, issued the notification regarding the enforcement of Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 in the areas of Nabrangpur district, in the State of Odisha.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The following provisions have been enforced namely: -

1. Sections 38 to 43

2. Sections 45A to 45H

3. Sections 46 to 73

4. Sections 74 and 75

5. Sub-section (2) to (4) of section 76

6. Section 80; and (vii) Sections 82 and 83

• This will be enforced from March 01, 2024
