The Government of Punjab on February 19, 2024, published the Punjab News Web Channel Policy (Fifth Amendment) Policy 2022 to further amend the Punjab News Web Channel Policy 2022
This shall come into force on February 19, 2024
The following has been amended namely: -
• In the Para 8 (d) where the policy stated “Advertisement shall only be inserted in verified Facebook or YouTube Channel” has been substituted as follows namely: -
“8(d) The news channel are eligible to post Government advertisement on both YouTube and Facebooks Platforms once impanelled under the Punjab News Web Channel Policy on either YouTube or Facebook”
