Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Railways on February 21, 2024, issued a notification regarding appointing the date of enforcement of the provisions of the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2023

The following has been stated namely: -

•It has appointed the date March 01, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2023, the serial number 27, and the entries thereto in the Schedule pertaining to the Railways Act 1989 in the Schedule shall come into force.
