Labour Compliance The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) on February 19, 2024, notified the minimum wages applicable to the unskilled, semi-skilled and skilled workers/employees in the SEEPZ (Electronics) and Gems and Jewellery Sectors are mentioned in the Table.

The Special Allowance was revised for January 01, 2024, to June 30, 2024.

The Special Allowance is revised twice in a year i.e. with effect from 1st January and 1st July by the appropriate authority in the Labour Department of the Govt. of Maharashtra.
