The Government of Maharashtra on February 20, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Maharashtra Prohibition Act 1949.
Government of Maharashtra hereby amends, the Government Notification, Home Department No.ARM. 1096/21/2/EXC-3, dated September 13, 1996, as follows, namely:-
In the said notification, in the schedule, for entry 8 (a), Local liquor Manufactured by using spirit produced from cashew apples, mohwra flowers or any other fermentative bases of fruits and flowers which are produced locally in the state, Rupees 50 per proof litre of alcohol contents entry shall be substituted, namely:-
