The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on February 23, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Implementation of TLS 1.2 (only with strong ciphers) and TLS 1.3 NOTIS Application.
This is in continuation to circular regarding the implementation of TLS 1.2 (only with strong ciphers) and TLS 1.3 for Extranet API. Members are requested to note that the above-enhanced security of data and communications implementation is extended to NOTIS API as well.
Members are required to note that NOTIS API is compatible with TLS 1.2 or above versions and w.e.f. February 29, 2024, NOTIS API (via www.connect2nse.com) would only support TLS 1.2 (only with strong ciphers) and TLS 1.3.
This applies to Currency Derivatives, Futures & Options, Securities Lending & Borrowing Scheme, Capital Market (Equities) Trade, Emerge, Member Service Department, and Commodity Derivatives.
