Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (NSE) on February 21, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Revised Networth requirement as per SEBI (Stock Brokers) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The applicable net-worth requirement must be complied with effect from February 22, 2024.

• The Revised Base Networth Requirement has been stated in Annexure 1
