Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Goa on February 22, 2024, issued the Goa Town and Country Planning (Amendment) Act, 2024 to further amend the Goa Town and Country Planning Act, 1974.

The following has been amended namely: -

• Section 16B which states “Change of Zone in Regional Plan” has been Omitted

• Section 39A which states “Change of Zone” has been inserted

It shall come into force on February 22, 2024, except section 2 which shall be deemed to have come into force on October 03, 2018.
