Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Maharashtra on February 23, 2024, issued a notification to further amend notification No. MGST-1017/C.R.104/ Taxation-1 dated June 29, 2017, that specifies the rate of state tax.

This shall come into force on October 01, 2023

The following has been amended namely: -

•In the said notification, in Schedule IV, in S. No. 227A, in column (3) for the words, "as amended by the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2023 (Mah. Ordinance No. VII of 2023)" shall be omitted
