Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Textiles on February 23, 2024, notified the Medical Textiles (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024 to further amend the Medical Textiles (Quality Control) Order, 2023.

The following has been stated-

•In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2) the “(2) This order shall come into force as specified in column (5) of the SCHEDULE - A and SCHEDULE – B annexed to this Order.” sub-paragraph shall be substituted.

•In SCHEDULE-A, for Column (5), the “ 1st October 2024” shall be substituted.
