The Government of Chhattisgarh on February 09, 2024, issued an amendment to notification no. 12/2017-State Tax (Rate) on June 28, 2017.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Serial number 3B which states “Services provided to a Governmental Authority by way of water supply, public health, sanitation conservancy, solid waste management, and slum improvement and upgradation’
• Against serial number 6, in column (3), in item (a), after the words “Department of Posts”, the following has been inserted namely: -
“and the Ministry of Railways (Indian Railways)”
