Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on February 23, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Batch upload file format in UCC for updating bank account details.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The batch upload file format facility has been provided in the UCC system of the Exchange for updating UCC bank details.

• A Maximum 20000 number of records can be uploaded in one file for updating bank details. 

• Path and file format for the same has been stated in the notification.
