The Government of Jammu and Kashmir on January 12, 2024, issued a notification regarding services provided to government authority.
In exercise of the powers conferred by the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment further to amend the notification of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir Finance Department, SRO-GST 12/2017, dated July 08, 2017.
In the said notification, in Table, -
•after serial number 3A and the entries relating thereto, the serial number 3 B Chapter 99 and entries shall be inserted.
This notification shall come into force with effect from October 20, 2023.
