Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on February 27, 2024 notified the Vinyl Acetate Monomer (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024 further to amend the Vinyl Acetate Monomer (Quality Control) Order, 2021.

The following has been stated: -

•In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted namely: —

“(2) It shall come into force on the 31st day of March, 2025.”

It shall come into force on February 27, 2024.
