The Arunachal Pradesh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (APSERC) on February 27, 2024, issued the Draft Arunachal Pradesh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Green Energy Open Access (GEOA) and Methodology for Calculation of Charges) (1st Amendment) Regulations, 2024, to further amend the Arunachal Pradesh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Green Energy Open Access (GEOA) and Methodology for Calculation of Charges) Regulations, 2024.
The following has been stated:
• The comments/suggestions/objections on the draft regulations may be sent by any interested person(s)/stakeholders to the Chairman, A. P. State Electricity Regulatory Commission, Itanagar latest by March 19, 2024, at the address O.T. Building, 2nd Floor, Niti Vihar Market, T.T.
