Industry Specific Compliance The Arunachal Pradesh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (APSERC) on February 28, 2024, issued the Draft Regulations.

The following Draft Regulations have been published namely: -

• Arunachal Pradesh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2024 (2nd Amendment) Regulations, 2024.

• Arunachal Pradesh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Power, Purchase and Procurement Process of Licensee) Regulation, 2024

• Arunachal Pradesh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Framework for Resource Adequacy) Regulation, 2024
