Commercial Compliance The Taxes Department, Kerala on December 01, 2024, issued the Foreign Liquor (2nd Amendment) Rules, 2024 to further amend the Foreign Liquor Rules, 1953.

The following has been amended namely: -

• In Rule 13 the following sub-rule and proviso have been inserted namely: -

“(11D) Foreign Liquor (11D) Seasonal beer/wine parlour license”

• Form F.L.11D which states “Licence for the Privilege of Possession and Vend of Beer/Wine for Consumption in the Premises in Tourism Seasons” has been inserted along with the Conditions.
