Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Ministry of Finance (MoF) on February 29, 2024, issued a notification to amend notification no. 18/2022-Central Excise, dated July 19, 2022, related to the Special Additional Excise Duty on the production of Petroleum Crude and export of Aviation Turbine Fuel.

The following amendment has been stated:

• In the said notification, in the Table, against S. No. 1, for the entry in column (4), the entry “Rs. 4600 per tonne” has been substituted.

This notification shall come into force on March 01, 2024.
