The Government of Rajasthan on February 23, 2024, issued the Municipal Corporation, Alwar (Advertisement) Bye-laws, 2023.
These bye-laws will be effective in the entire limits of Municipal Corporation, Alwar.
The following has been stated:
• On receipt of the application for pasting advertisement on the Municipal Corporation notice board, it will be the duty of the Commissioner to:
o If he has to approve the advertisement, then the advertisement can be displayed by the applicant and will approve the advertisement to be displayed. Will issue permission for this.
o If it rejects the advertisement etc., it will return its copies to the applicant after giving reasons in writing.
o If the fee for the information or advertisements to be returned has been deposited, then this should also be returned. will go.
This notification will come into force from February 23, 2024.
