The Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying (DAHD) on February 16, 2024, issued a notification regarding submission of filled-in proforma for notifying new NTMs.
The following has been stated: -
•It is directed to refer to the Standard Operating Procedures for non-tariff measures issued by the National Committee on Trade Facilitation (NCTF) and to enclose filled-in proforma for new NTMs further refer to the notification number S.O. 2666, dated October 16, 2014.
•The comments, if any may please be forwarded within 15 days from the date of issuance of this letter.
