Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) on March 01, 2024, issued a notification regarding the enforcement date of certain provisions of the National Dental Commission Act, 2023.

The following has been stated: -

•In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the National Dental Commission Act, 2023, the Central Government hereby appoints February 29, 2024, as the date on which the provisions related to sections 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 17, 19, 40, 41, 53 and 58(5) of the Act shall come into force.
