EHS Compliance The Ministry of Law and Justice (MoL&J) on February 29, 2024, issued a corrigendum to the Biological Diversity (Amendment) Act, 2023.

The following has been stated:

• In Issue No. 13:

o In page 4, line 19, for “by the Parliament”, read “by Parliament”;

o In page 13, line 11, for “Act, in sub-section (1), for”, read “Act, for”;

o In page 13, line 22, for “substituted”, read “inserted”;

o In page 14, line 22, for “materials objects”, read “material objects”.
