Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on March 01, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Withdrawal of circulars after the review of guidelines.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Certain circulars issued by the Reserve Bank of India have been decided to be removed upon review of the Circulars.

• The list of circulars to be withdrawn has been attached to the Annex

This will be in effect from March 01, 2024
