The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) on March 01, 2024, issued the update on the Graded Surveillance Measure (GSM) framework.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Tentative time schedule for publication of securities eligible under the GSM framework applicable for next 4 quarters is stated in the notification
• The Quarter ended and the Date of the Circular has been stated below: -
o December 2023 – March 07, 2024
o March 2024 – June 21, 2024
o June 2024 – September 06, 2024
o September 2024 – December 06, 2024
• In case the date of the circular falls on a trading holiday, the circular shall be published on the following working day
