Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Goa on March 01, 2024, published the Goa Value Added Tax (Amendment) Act, 2024 to further amend the Goa Value Added Tax Act, 2005

It shall be deemed to have come into force on September 21, 2023.

The following has been amended namely: -

• In Section 3 which states “Incidence of Tax” in sub-section (1), in the proviso for the expression “90 days” the expression “192 days” shall be substituted.
