• Procedure for Grant of Long-term Open Access Involving Intra-State Transmission and/or Distribution System

• Procedure for Grant of Medium-term Open Access Involving Intra-State Transmission and Distribution System

• Procedure for Grant of Short-term Open Access involving Intra-State Transmission and Distribution System

These Regulations extend to the whole of the UT of Jammu & Kashmir and the UT of Ladakh and will come into force from February 28, 2024.
