Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Ministry of Finance (MoF) on February 29, 2024, issued the notification regarding the amendment of the notification no. 04/2022-Central Excise, dated June 30, 2022, which specifies “to prescribe rates of Special Additional Excise Duty for exports of petrol and diesel”

The following has been amended namely: -

• Against S. No. 2 which states “High-speed diesel oil” the entry in column (4) has been substituted namely: -

“Rs. Nil per litre”

 

This notification shall come into force on March 01, 2024.
