The Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (MPERC) on March 01, 2024, published the MPERC Guidelines for Reporting Regulatory Compliance (Revision- I) Regulations 2024 {RG 23(I) of 2024}
These Regulations shall come into force on March 01, 2024
The following has been stated namely: -
• These Guidelines outline the approach to establish the framework for compliance system and reporting regulatory compliance by the transmission trading and distribution licensees operating in Madhya Pradesh.
• These Regulations shall be applicable to all the distribution licenses, and state transmission licensee trading licensees operating in the entire state of Madhya Pradesh.
• The Objective of these guidelines is that the licensees should build a sound and effective regulatory compliance mechanism.
• The detailed guidelines have been attached to the document.
