The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on March 04, 2024, issued a notification regarding annual maintenance charges towards Authorised Persons (AP).
The following has been stated: -
•This is concerning Exchange notice no. 20230727-31 dated July 27, 2023, regarding revision in fees for registration of Authorised Person w.e.f. August 16, 2023, and introduction of Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) w.e.f. financial year 2024-2025.
•Trading Members are requested to note that the AMC of Rs.4000.00 (along with GST) will be levied on the APs starting from April 01, 2024, who are registered across the segments as of March 31, 2024. AMC once levied will not be refunded even if the AP registration is cancelled during the financial year on account of any reason including disciplinary action.
