Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Tamil Nadu on February 22, 2024, notified Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Amendment Bill, 2024 to amend further the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987

The following has been stated-

In section 33 in the proviso to sub-section (1), for the expression “twelve years and six months”, the expression “thirteen years and six months” shall be substituted.

It shall be deemed to have come into force on November 30, 2023.
