The Government of Rajasthan on March 04, 2024, issued clarification regarding the provision of annual license fee in point number 2.9.1 of the Excise and Alcohol Restraint Policy for the year 2024-25.
The following has been stated: -
•It has been decided by the State Government to issue the following clarification: -
Liquor retail shops in the financial year 2024-25 have to follow- 50 percent of the annual license fee will have to be deposited before starting the shop and the remaining 50 percent will have to be deposited in two equal installments in the second and third quarter of the financial year.
•This filling will be given by the licensee on the condition of monthly guarantee fulfillment from the month of October 2024 to March 2025.
