Labour ComplianceThe Government of Gujarat on February 05, 2024, issued a notification to declare that the provisions of sections 12 and 14 of the Gujarat Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Condition of Services) Act, 2019, will not be applicable to the establishment of IT related Services, IT enabled Services and Financial Services subject to fulfilment of other provisions for 2 years.
