The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) on February 28, 2024, issued the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Pension Fund) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2023 to further amend the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Pension Fund) Regulations, 2015.
The following has been amended namely: -
• PART B of Schedule III which states “Fees payable under the regulations” of the principal regulations has been substituted.
• Schedule V which states “Reports and Disclosure” of the principal regulations shall be substituted
