Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Commerce & Industry (MCI) on March 01, 2024, issued a Review of the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Policy on the Space Sector.

The Government of India has reviewed the extant FDI policy on the Space sector. Accordingly, the amendments have been made under Para 5.2.12 of the Consolidated FDI Policy Circular of 2020, as amended from time to time (FDI Policy) as attached to the document.
