Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on March 05, 2024, issued a notification regarding appointment of date of the Competition (Amendment) Act, 2023.

The Central Government hereby appoints March 05, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of section 33 of the Competition (Amendment) Act, 2023 shall come into force.
