The Telangana State Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TS RERA) on February 24, 2024, notified regarding the declaration u/s 4(2)(g) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 by the promoter.
The TS RERA Authority in its meeting held on February 23, 2024, resolved to issue circular instructions to the promoters/authorized persons of the projects to submit an affidavit/declaration on "proforma of allotment letter, agreement of sale, conveyance deed signed or proposed to be signed with allottees" to be submitted along with application for registration under section 4 (2) (g) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
In view of the above, the promoters of the projects/Authorized persons of the projects shall submit an affidavit cum declaration in the prescribed format available on the website https://rera.telangana.gov.in/Home/FormsDownload along with an application for registration.
