EHS Compliance The Government of Uttarakhand on January 27, 2024, issued the Nagar Panchayat, Jhabreda Solid Waste Management Bye-laws, 2019.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The Bye-laws states regarding the segregation and collection of solid waste at the source

• The Bye-laws states regarding the solid waste collection

• The Bye-laws states regarding the secondary collection of solid waste

• The Bye-laws states regarding the solid waste disposal

This shall come into force on March 28, 2022.
