Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on March 07, 2024, issued the p-Xylene (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024 to further amend the p-Xylene (Quality Control) Order, 2021.

The following amendment has been stated:

• In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following subparagraph shall be substituted, namely: —

“(2) It shall come into force on September 19, 2024”.

It shall come into force on March 07, 2024.
