The Government of Himachal Pradesh on March 04, 2024, included more items under the ‘Annexure-II- List of Specified Category of Service Activities’ in ‘The Himachal Pradesh Industrial Investment Policy, 2019’ and ‘Rules Regarding Grant of Incentives, Concessions and Facilities for Investment Promotion in Himachal Pradesh-2019’.
The following has been stated-
26. Information Technology Park including Data centers
27. Tourism and allied activities including Adventure Tourism
28. Health, Ayush & Wellness Centres 29. Educational Institutions
30. Integrated Industrial Township/Housing Projects/Real Estate/ Integrated Residential Units/ Workers Hostel etc.
31. All incidental services related to manufacturing & Integrated Service Clusters as notified by the Government occasionally.
